Personal commissions are illustrations that cost a flat fee varying by style, amount, and finish level. They are intended for personal use only. See my terms of service for more information.

All illustrations are done digitally. I am not open for physical commissions.

Styles

Chibi: Thick, minorly varied lines. Heavily stylized anatomy. Flat colors with colored lines by default.

Standard: Varied lines with some texture. Flat colors with black fills by default.

Watercolor-like: Varied lines with watercolor-inspired washes, done digitally. Toned washes with some hatching and black fills by default

Pet Portraits

A drawing of your beloved pet, or your favorite animal!

I can draw them in a silly costume, with props, as a wizard, etc.

Pet portrait specific won’t draw: Style mimics, parasites, photo traces, exact recreations of photos

Please provide: 

• Photo/drawn reference of your pet that clearly shows their markings and form. Plain lighting is preferred! (i.e. outdoor in plain daylight, standard indoors)
• Notes about key parts of your pet’s appearance (i.e. “my cat has several more stripes on the left side of the face” or “my dog always looks like he’s frowning”)
• Your pet’s personality/behavior and what you want me to draw them doing. Please keep it short and simple! 1-5 standard length sentences is generally enough. (Example: “My cat Bob is very energetic and loves the sun. Please draw him stretching in a window’s sun beams.”)
• (Optional) Stick-figure doodle of what you have in mind, this helps get things right the first time! 

Characters

Illustration of your character! Or a character from a game, comic, anime, or other media.

My general will/won’t draw is listed on my ToS and applies to this section.

Character specific will draw: armor (simple-medium complexity), robots (simple-medium complexity)

Character specific won’t draw: Style mimics, parasites

Please provide: 

• Reference image of the character, unshaded and no nudity (front, back, side is preferred but front only works too). Text-only references will cost extra because I have to interpret and design the character’s visual form.
• Color palette for character (optional: color palette for image)
• Notes on key parts of your character’s design (i.e. “only has spots on right arm” or “nose is broken and points left”)
• Your character’s personality/behavior and what you want me to draw them doing. Please keep it short and simple! 1-5 standard length sentences is generally enough.
• (Optional) Stick-figure doodle of what you have in mind, this helps get things right the first time! 

Landscapes and Scenery

The focus is on the background instead of the character!

Comes with 0 to 1 characters by default.

Additional characters can be added, see the character or pet section for pricing.

Scene Types

Scenes specific will draw: Nature, indoors, outdoors, high detail (hourly rate only)

Scenes specific won’t draw: Style mimics, cityscapes, detailed mechanical

Please provide: 

• Description and reference images of what you want (“green meadow with pink and orange flowers at evening” is much more informative than “spring meadow”)
• Notes on key features of the scene (i.e. “takes place 100 years after humans” or “edwardian-era tech only”)
• (Optional) Stick-figure doodle of what you have in mind, this helps get things right the first time!
